We did a day excursion that took us on a boat trip to the protected area of the Manatee, we saw several.  Then to Goff's Caye at the reef (second largest barrier reef in the world) where we had a fantastic time snorkeling in the coral with the most colorful fish.  Our guides provided a bar-b-que lunch, then it was off to snorkel at Shark Ray Alley with the stingrays and nurse sharks while the guides fed them.  From there we stopped to watch a school of dolphins and then on to Caye Caulker for a walk, shopping and a nice cold daquiri.
